Next weekend - bring Toto to Gardens by the Bay

Before I start, I just want to say - I don't know if it's because my dog's blog has an interesting name or simply that she is very cute. I was checking out the stats on both my dog's blog and mine - and she had more views, clicks etc. Hmmm...why is that so?

I am looking forward to next weekend. I am planning to bring my dog to "Gardens by the Bay". Yes, they allow dogs!

Dogs are permitted to the outdoor gardens but not into the Conservatories and OCBC Skyway. Please keep the dogs on a leash and muzzle breeds of dogs specified under the Animals & Birds (Dog Licensing & Control) Rules. Do clean up after your dogs and dispose of all waste in a hygienic manner."

I am so excited. For the past three years, I have ran out of places I can bring my girl to. We have gone to East Coast Park (umpteen times), Botanic Gardens, Hort Park, Sentosa, Nex Mall Doggie Style Cafe, Punggol Park, Punggol Promenade and many dog cafes/restaurants. Now, we can finally visit the newest attraction in town together!

I am already planning a picnic for us. If you are thinking of bringing your dog there next Sunday from 2pm to 4pm (yes, we know it is going to be very warm) but I heard that there would be some shaded areas around the garden. Let me know. We can have a huge dog picnic there.

Toto's cute photos - an update

On the right is Toto at her new favourite haunt - The Doggiestyle Cafe at Nex Mall. She likes it there not because of the interaction with the other doggies but because she gets to eat the dog food we bought for her and sometimes other dog's food provided she manage to "puppy eye" them enough for them to give her some.

This is how Toto looks like when she is waiting for us to go out. She just sits patiently beside the leash with her clothes and harness on.

Toto's 1 year old Birthday Party

We had a mini-birthday celebration for our dear doggie.



Toto really looks very blur, I don't think she knows its her birthday (of course). She probably is just happy that she has something to eat and people singing a song for her.



She gobbled most of the cake up, I think she is just very excited about the new taste of the cake. But she is a sweet one, been me and Edwin's best friend for about 9 months now.

Toto don't wanna go home

Last saturday we tried to trick toto by bringing her for a 5 minutes walk at our void deck. Usually she has long 1 hour walks at East Coast Park, Pasir Ris Farmway 2 or the park near our house. So this is how she reacted at the lift....by the way, she recognizes the way home.

Selling Doggie Items

Hi All,

If you are a pet owner, you would have experienced the stage of toilet training, buying too much clothes for your doggie (and at the wrong size) etc. Well...here I am trying to sell off some of the things that I bought but my Toto has grown out of.

Featuring - A typical day for Toto:

8am - Toto: 'Yawn! It's time to wake Mummy and Daddy up...woof woof woof. No response. Never mind I will scratch and knock and knock and knock haha! '

8.15am - Mummy: 'Toto, what's up?'
Toto: 'Haha, yay, disturb you already!!!'

8.30am - Toto: 'Woof woof, I want food mummy.'

Mummy: 'Okay, here's your boring dog food. Haha!'

Toto: 'Evil mummy!'.

Mummy: 'Bye and have fun playing ALONE..'

7.30pm - Toto: ' Mummy is back, love love love love, smacks and smells'

Mummy:'Don't bother me lar....go sit one corner, I want to watch TV and clear your newspaper biting mess!'

Daddy:'Toto come Daddy play with you machine gun...as in YOU ARE MY MACHINE GUN...bang bang bang.'

Toto:'What kind of family am I born in?'

10pm - Daddy and Mummy watch TV not playing with Toto.

Toto: 'Bark Bark, Daddy play with me, Mummy??'

Mummy:'Ok ok I play with you, haha I know I train you. Sit, Lay, Hind, Stay!'

12am - Toto, Mummy, Daddy all sleepy...
